Fresh Details on Why Kindiki Arrived Late in The State House Meeting to Sign Performance Contract

During a serious discussion yesterday, at a meeting at State House, President Ruto barred access to key government personnel. Among these people were the heads of any relevant parastatals, as well as any relevant Principal Secretaries or Cabinet Secretaries. After the officials arrived late to sign the performance contract paper, they were not allowed to enter the meeting.

The Cabinet Secretary for the Interior, Professor Kithure Kindiki, and the Cabinet Secretary for Trade, Moses Kuria, both arrived late to the meeting despite being in the immediate neighborhood of the State House.
