Vocal and prominent leaders present includes Embakasi East Member of Parliament Honorable Babu Owino, Former Governor of Murang’a Mwangi Wa Iria, Former CS Eugene Wamalwa, Honorable Jeremiah Kioni, Raila’s diehard supporter Nuru Okanga, Honorable Peter Salasya, Honorable Milly Odhiambo, Honorable Tim Wanyonyi, Honorable Otiende Omollo and others. Azimio La Umoja alliance is criticizing Finance Bill 2023 that was passed by Members of the Parliament. The Finance Bill aims to provide the country with the deficit capital in the 2023/2024 budget.
Honorable Otiende Omollo has alleged that Kenya Kwanza Members of Parliament has called a press conference in the Parliament to plan for bipartisan talks in order to counter their Kamukunji rally. He also alleges that this time they will listen to what their supporters says and they will prefer demonstration.
