The Soil fans were not ready for this split.
After an 18-year journey, the acapella band bids a heartfelt farewell to the soulful voice of Buhlebendalo. Who has been the feminine energy the group has always embraced. A voice that has always been vocal amongst the two thorns, Ntsika and Master P.

Buhlebendalo has been doing well for herself as a solo artist, it all came to a realisation when she released her own solo album and featured the likes of Sjava. Her voice and force in the music industry is one to be reckoned with.
On September 8, The band released a statement in their social media platforms about an upcoming album which will not feature the songstress. However, they were vocal about wishing Buhle well on her musical journey that will not tag them along anymore.
The band also opened a new chapter by introducing their new member, Theo Matshoba.
The Soil fans were not prepared for the news as they were processing the news.
