Today’s the Star has featured that Kenya has turned into a theater of war as Azimio demonstration stagnant the smooth running of activities. This comes after yesterday’s intensive demonstration that were staged by Azimio supporters after Raila’s call to start anti government protests.
So far the source has revealed that seven people have been shot dead as many other were left injured during yesterday demos. We can also note that yesterday violence took the better part of the day as rogue Azimio supporters engaged police officers in running battles.
However, Azimio top ally has again announced that President William Ruto’s government should now expect another third wave of ant government protests, starting from next week.
Hon Edwin Sifuna who is a senior members of Azimio coalition has noted that, starting next week three day demonstration will rock Kenya as from Monday to Wednesday.
However,our leaders should not seat down and watch the country burning to the ground. Let them wake up and call for peace.
