Peter Munya is a Kenyan vocal politician from Meru County in the vote rich Mt Kenya region. He is the former first ever governor for Meru County. The vocal politician is also the immediate former Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture in the republic of Kenya having worked under the retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta and the then deputy president Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto. He is a member of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement.
