ODM MP Heavily Criticized After Shaming Oscar Sudi in Congo Trip

Saboti MP Caleb Amisi has been criticized by a section of Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) after his indirect attack on Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi fell flat on him.

Through a post on his Twitter page, the ODM Party MP threw jabs indirectly at Sudi, who had accompanied President William Ruto to his Congo Brazaville trip.

Without mentioning Sudi by name, the MP, in a mocking statement, said one of the delegations who had accompanied Ruto risks understanding nothing from the meeting due to the language barrier.

While capturing Sudi’s picture in his tweet, the MP said the unnamed person will not understand anything since the conversation will all be about translating from French to English and then from English to French consecutively. He said it was a waste of taxpayers money to have included the person in the delegation

“From the faces of one of the members on #presidentruto delegation to Congo, he may not have understood anything during the entire meeting from the translation of French to English ,English to French again with Lingala here and there. This man could only hear…Kyrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgyzstan KazakhstanTurkistan ProvincesPakistanBalochistanGilgit-BaltistanBashkortostandagestanTatarstanRegions of UzbekistanKarakalpakstan yevgeny prigozhin shakahola mpeketoni………and at the end only heard Congoii And that’s how tax payers’ money from the finance bill has helped the hustlers,” stated Amisi in his tweet

On Saturday, Sudi joined President William Ruto at the Palais du Peuple in Brazzaville, held a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of the Congo His Excellency Denis Sassou N’Guesso.

He also witnessed the signing of MoUs on cooperation in the oil and gas, agriculture and livestock, micro and small enterprises, mining industries and geology, diplomatic training, promotion of cooperatives, among others.

However, Kenyans were quick to tell off the MP, saying his indirect attacks on Sudi were unjustified. Some users reminded Amisi that Sudi could not be learned but he is delivering or his constituents as required of any representative.
