Raila Warns Judges Who’ll Be Bribed To Delay Action Against Rebel MPs

Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance patron honorable Raila Odinga has once again lost his cool after he has revealed what he will do to the judges who will make any move to stop him from evicting rebels whom his party recently kicked out.

Through his statement, Raila has exposed how those he has forced out are planning to go to court so that they can be shielded from ouster and continue serving in their respective elective positions until their five year term is over.

According to Raila, he won’t tolerate this move at all as he will call for for the removal of office for those judges who will take bribes and those attempting to keep him waiting for long before rebels legislators are removed for by-elections to be conducted.

He has also made it clear that he was among the people of who worked towards bringing the new constitution and democracy that is being used now hence the reason why he cannot stand seeing it undermined by anyone.

“Wanasema ati hii maneno itaenda mahakama itazunguka miaka mitano mimi nitamaliza tu katika bunge. Hata hiyo mahakama tutakuja kufuata wewe. Hiyo mahakama tutaleta marekebisho, wale majudges ambaye wanakaa namna hiyo tutahakikisha wametoka na tutawatoa. Maanake we cannot sit and tolerate judiciary trying to undermine multiparty democracy in our country. Kwa hivyo wale ambao wanakuwa ni majudges ambaye wanachukua hongo kuchelewesha uamuzi tutaonana na wao. Tunaelewana vizuri? Hii katiba mpya tulileta,” said honorable Raila Odinga.
