Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi on 10th July evening resurfaced online with a bold message to president William Ruto hours after High Court declined to loft order against finance bill.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, Mutahi Ngunyi noted that Ruto will have only three years and half left by Christmas and would have achieved nothing when things continue the way they’re.
According to Ngunyi, the rebellion virus is now being powered by the courts literally after they disputed his 50 CAS case and then suspended the finance bill act.
“Dear Ruto: Christmas, you will have only three-and-a half years LEFT. And you will have ACHIEVED nothing. The rebellion VIRUS is now an EPIDEMIC powered by the Courts. They killed CASs, then SUSPENDED the Finance Act 2023. And there is Raila. When will you START work? Christmas?”, He wrote.
His statement comes in line with Justice Thande’s directive of directing the case a three judges bench that will be formed by Chief justice Martha Koome.
