Do you want to remarry for any reason? Well the Kenya Kwanza government has some bad news to you as details finally out how remarrying will be very costly in the country in the proposed new law that is now waiting for the signature of the head state and government Dr. William Ruto.
This is after details reveals that widow or widower stands to lose the right to own properties from the deceased as the wealth declaration act will now be used to determine who owns the properties left by the deceased and what his will is stating before the wealth could be divided.
The person inheriting from the deceased will have to declare what they owning before the deceased passed on to help determine if he or she has direct interest to own the said properties from the deceased instead of inheriting directly after she or he passed on as it stands now.
