Lawyer Ahmednasir Speaks After RUTO Vows to Go After Corrupt Judges

Renowned city lawyer, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, has offered his perspective following President William Ruto’s declaration to confront corrupt judges who allegedly engage in selling justice for personal gain.

Ruto, while speaking at Kakamega State Lodge, expressed concerns about certain judges colluding with cartels to subvert the rule of law, thereby raising doubts about their impartiality.

This suggests that their actions might not be motivated by a dedication to justice but rather by hidden agendas that run counter to the welfare of the Kenyan population.

“You find a judge giving funny stay orders to a corruption case…someone who has stolen public money,” the President noted.

President William Ruto has declared his administration’s commitment to dismantling the corruption enterprise, which reportedly involves individuals from various sectors, including the private sector, government parastatals, and county governments.

“This is a whole enterprise…it is a whole system and we have said it has individuals from across the sectors…your time is up… pia nyinyi mtahama,” he stated.e537f94e90d442e5b248e6d783bed608?quality=uhq&resize=720

In response to President Ruto’s strong stance against corruption in the judiciary, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, who has been actively involved in exposing alleged cartels within the judicial system, suggested that corrupt judges have three choices: to leave Kenya, go into exile, or face the consequences, which he humorously referred to as “going to heaven.”
