Dean, 33, his wife Tegan, 32, and his brother Jaryd, 31, came up with the idea for their brand Nakie after a diving expedition in Southeast Asia.
They returned to shore and instead of being excited about the marine life, they couldn’t stop talking about the worrying amount of plastic floating past them.
“There were turtles, sharks, manta rays, you name it,” Dean told FEMAIL. “But all we could talk about was the straws and trash everywhere,”

The simple creations, which are considerably cheaper than many on the market, come in nine colors and are made with triple stitching and uniquely designed polyester for increased strength, durability and comfort
This gave rise to the idea for one out of order aimed at transforming plastic bottles into high quality hammocks, towels, picnic blankets And accessories.

Each is made with 37 recycled bottles and is super quick and easy to set up. No knots are needed; all you need is a few trees. They can also carry an impressive 225kg.
