These launches can be done by other officials in the govt, The CS for trade Moses Kuria or the CS for water Alice Wahome. But they will all follow each other to launch small projects. Do you want to mean these projects can’t work without launching them?
Seriously most of projects the president going to launched are devolved function projects. Do you want to tell me the national projects are no where to be launched? Please, just support the devolved functions and give more resources and see how rapid development will be.
