Governor Simba Arati Tells DP Gachagua What He Should Do Or Else They Face With Them Squarely

Paul Simba Arati is a Kenyan politician who has served as a member of parliament for Dagoretti North constituency in Nairobi county, all his political life he has been a staunch member of the Orange Democratic Movement something which has seen him elevated to the position of the Orange Democratic Movement national deputy chairperson.

During last year’s general elections, he ran for the post of the Kisii county governor and he emerged the top runner leaving his close competitior, cum cabinet secretary for education Ezekiel Ombaki Machogu with a wide margin of votes.

The governor has today hosted his party leader Raila Amollo Odinga in Kisii county for a series of events in the county. They attended a church service at Ichuni parish and ended the day at Omobera SDA primary school in Bomachoge Borabu for a fundraiser where Raila gave Ksh. 2M and Arati donated Ksh. 400,000.

While speaking at the event, Simba Arati has asked deputy president Rigathi Gachagua to respect Raila Odinga, he told him that the former prime minister is an elder who deserves much respect, he added that should the disrespect for Raila Odinga continue, as governors they will also suspend their peace and face off with them.
