An Advocate Has Advised President On What To Do Concerning The 50 CAS Position

An advocate who has been identified as Elkana Mogaka has today broken his silence concerning the 50 CAS position that was declared unconstitutional by the court.

He has sent a message to the president of Kenya His excellency William Samoei Ruto advising him on what he should do after the court declared the 50 CAS Position were declared to be unconstitutional.

He has asked the president to go back to the drawing board and reduce the 50 to 23 just the way it was in the previous government.

He has added that the president should also ensure that he push for a bill to be brought to parliament which will allow parliament to start vetting the the additional CAS. This is because the CAS who are currently working were not vetted by the parliament.

“I would advise my President to go back to the drawing board in terms of his selection of the 50 and reduce it to 23, while he is doing so he should push for a bill to be brought to parliament to allow for the vetting and swearing in of the additional CAS~ Advocate Elkana Mogaka.” Look Up TV Kenya posted on their official verified Facebook page.
