Job Requirement

  1. Served for at least 3 years in middle-level management/administration either in public service or private sector
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration or its recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
  3. Experience in Management and Conflict resolution.
  4. Demonstrated professional competence in administration and management as reflected in work performance;
  5. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values and principles outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya.
  6. Meet the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

Job Description

  1. Implementing Ward policies and plans
  2. Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  3. Developing activities that empower the local community of the Ward
  4. Providing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities of Public Services
  5. Coordinating and facilitating citizen participation in the development of policies and plans and delivery of services and
  6. Dealing with conflicts and handling complaints from the public
  7. Any other related duty(s) as may be assigned by the sub-County Administrator.
