Kelly Killoren Bensimon lists NYC home for rent — for $28,500/month

Now that she’s engaged to Scott Litner, who heads Morgan Stanley’s global sports and entertainment wealth management division, “Real Housewives of New York” alum Kelly Killoren Bensimon is listing her home at downtown Manhattan’s Police Building for $28,500 a month starting August 1st.

“My daughters have left the nest, I just got engaged and the rental market is so strong right now due to interest rates,” Bensimon told Gimme Shelter from Capri, where she’s celebrating the college graduation of her daughters Sea, 25, and Teddy, 23. “This has been my home for many years. My daughters grew up here and this neighborhood is so special to me. But now it’s time for something new, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for what’s next. It’s heartwarming to imagine another family making their own memories here throughout the next year.”

Bensimon, a Douglas Elliman broker who also starred in “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy,” has repped other sales in the classic Beaux-Arts building at 240 Centre St., where Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown meet.

The building, which was completed in 1909, served as the headquarters of the NYPD until 1973.

By 1988, the building had turned condo, and supermodels flocked there. The migration included Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista. Other residents over the years have included fashion designer Calvin Klein, tennis player Steffi Graff, the late Nobel- and Pulitzer Prize-winning legend Toni Morrison and actress Winona Ryder.

Bensimon’s fourth-floor, three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is 3,600 square feet — and comes with a double-height living room with 17-foot ceilings and a giant arched Palladian window.

The home also features a life-size resin horse, which Bensimon once said she bought from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and that had previously been featured in an “AngloMania” exhibit there. The horse, Bensimon says, is currently adorned with a custom Fendi saddle with an Hermès pad and Chrome Hearts wraps — and she could be convinced to lend the iconic artwork to the new tenant.

Building amenities include a gym, a doorman and a landscaped garden.

Needless to say, Bensimon has the listing.
