The Afro-beats singer Esther Akoth popularly known as Akothee has joined Kenyans in expressing reactions over a photo showing Maasai young men dressed in their traditional regalia jumping too high.
Akothee who was impressed by the kind of culture questioned to know where those practising can be found while showing an intetion to make a visit.
Akothee’s reaction to the photo: Which Culture is this ,where are they found? I want to visit. Imagine a human being jumping this high. You mean this is Kenya ? We are the real wild animals yawa. I wonder why culture is not included in the park fee.
The reactions come at a time when the Maasai community hosted an event dubbed “Maa Cultural Week” in Narok County which was opened by President William Ruto few days ago.
