A witness testifying before the grand jury in Diddy’s trial claims he has videos of major celebrities being “victimized” at the hip-hop mogul’s infamous “freak-off” parties.
Courtney Burgess testified before the grand jury on Thursday about the tapes, which he said came from a flash drive kept by Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter.
The tapes allegedly show at least two male stars who were “underage” at the time.
It is unclear whether Burgess provided the videos to the grand jury, or whether he simply told the jury about them.
He joined NewsNation’s Banfield on Thursday night to describe some of what the footage shows, claiming that “all” of the stars depicted appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly has videos of major celebrities, some of whom say they are “minors,” being “victimized” at his infamous “freak-off” parties, a grand jury witness testified
Burgess, who says he was friends with Diddy, claims they all became ‘victims’ too.
He did not name any of the celebrities allegedly featured in the videos.
Burgess claims the videos were captured by cameras in Diddy’s homes, which wasn’t always obvious to the people in the room.
He claims he got the flash drive containing the videos from a friend.
His friend got them from Porter, Burgess said.
It remains unclear whether he turned over the tapes to authorities.
Burgess says he was friends with the rapper for 35 years and once loved him like a brother.
Now he sees him as the devil.
‘I think he was ambitious at the time. Then from ambitious [he] started doing everything. And then [he] of doing something to not care about anyone – that he could beat,” Burgess told Banfield.
“And then he finally turned into Lucifer. And today I look at him – I know you all call him Diddy or Puffy – I call him Lucifer.”

His legal troubles exploded last year when a video surfaced of him kicking his ex-girlfriend, the singer Cassie, in a Los Angeles hotel.
Since then, dozens of men and women have come forward with damning accusations.
He was arrested by federal prosecutors earlier this year and has been held in a Brooklyn jail ever since.
