Uncle Waffles is a Swazi-born DJ and record producer which is based in South Africa. She is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining DJ, as she is always dancing and having fun when she is on stage DJing. In the past few days she has however been trending on social media because of being nominated at the BET awards.
She however did not win the award of the category she was nominated for as it was won by Burna Boy. She however made a video of herself, as she was congratulating Burna Boy for winning the award. However people on social media had a lot to say after hearing her speaking in this video.
Some were also saying that they never heard her speak, and some were surprised by her accent. Clearly Uncle Waffles is a DJ and it is rare for people to hear her speaking and was probably the reason why they were surprised when they heard her speaking.
