A few months ago…the economic freedom fights helped the country embark on a peaceful national shutdown, in efforts to reduce the heavy loadshedding implementations; which were bringing the South African economy down to it’s knees.

Ever since the national shutdown took place, a lot of South Africans have agreed that there has been a huge improvement on the Eskom’s end of the deal; as the country is currently in stage one during winter season. While South Africans have been enjoying the benefits of the past national shutdown, it seems that there is another shutdown looking; according to Mayor Gayton Mackenzie:

“There will soon be war in South Africa between gatvol South Africans and illegal foreigners, this can be prevented with mass deportation immediately. All the signs are there to see, Diepsloot will soon happen everywhere. The upcoming shutdown will not be easy to stop, it will be a civil war. Leadership requires one to act before tragedy. The issue of foreigners has always been a sensitive matter, to millions of South Africans. Politicians such as Julius Malema and public figures such as Patrice Motsepe, have lost millions of supporters trying to push the idea of one South Africa. At the moment, statistics state that there are currently over 15 million illegal immigrants in South Africa, with the number compounding with every passing day. What are your views on the mattter…Should illegal immigrants be deported or should South Africans try and make the best of the situation?

Hopefully it wont come down to anything violent, leading to the loss of lives
