South Africans on Twitter were left in shock after Duduzile Zuma shared a picture she took with Julius Malema, the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), as one of her favorite pictures to mark the EFF’s 10th anniversary. This is not the first time that Zuma has shown her support for the EFF, but it seem like she is trying to send an indirect message to other ANC supporters.
While Jack Zuma is trying to build up SANCO, there are even rumors that he and his daughter are planning to join the EFF on the day of the party’s anniversary, which will be held at the FNB Stadium on July 29th. Malema has said that the EFF is currently in discussion with many people, and he has hinted that some “big names” may be attending the event and other ANC veterans have already accepted his invitation.
Shockingly, the relationship between Zuma and Malema has grown stronger in recent months. The two met at a controversial tea party at Nkandla in 2021, and they have since been seen together at a number of events.

Some of the most notable controversies include: The party’s use of hate speech, including Malema’s singing of the song “Shoot the Boer”, the party’s support for expropriation of land without compensatio and it’s support of illegal immigration in South Africa. But despite his flaws, it seems like Julius Malema might stand a chance of winning the coming election.
The relationship between Zuma and Malema is a complex one. They have both been critical of the ANC, and they share a common goal of transforming South Africa’s economy. However, the EFF is a controversial party, and it is unclear whether Zuma would be willing to join such a party. Only time will tell what the future holds for these two political figures.
