UDA’s Kimani Ichungwah Reveals What Azimio MPs Who Endorsed Ruto’s Finance Bill Have Started Doing

Kikuyu Constituency member of parliament Hon Kimani Ichungwah on 25th June evening resurfaced online with a bold message alleging unusual thing he has noticed days after members of parliament endorsed the controversial finance bill.

Speaking via his official twitter handle, Ichungwah claimed that Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s MPs are now criticizing finance bill despite endorsing it.

According to him, the lawmakers have now joined opposition leaders in slamming the bill days after they directly or indirectly backed it in the parliament.

Kimani further noted that some of the lawmakers had already submitted requests to ministry of land about availability of housing land under which the affordable housing units was to be constructed.

His statement comes off days after lawmakers affiliated to Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government passed the bill alongside some of Raila Odinga’s allies.

However speaking days ago, Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua opined that Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders will.hold a public rally on 27th June at Kamukunji grounds.

The rally is expected to reveal their next action which majority of kenyans think might be the return of mass action demonstrations.
