In a letter, a Twitter lawyer claimed that Meta hired former Twitter employees to create Tread, allegations that Meta Spokesperson Andy Stone refuted stating that no one on the Tread engineering team was a Twitter former employee.
5. Senators Now Want the US government to compensate 1998 bomb blast victims
The Star newspaper reported that Senators are set to create a committee that will push the governments of the United States and Kenya to pay the victims and families of Kenyans who died during the 1998 bombing of the United States embassy in Nairobi. The Senators also urged the Ministry of Health to provide treatment for the victims.
