Today the High Court of Kenya made two rulings, one is that the Appointment of the Cabinet Administrative Secretary was not in accordance with the Constitution and another one was that the Appointment of Cleophas Malala and 3 other to Cabinet meeting was not in accordance with the Constitution.
Orange Democratic Movement Party Director of Communications Dr Philip Etale has however sent some good message to President William Ruto. In his statement, he has revealed that the Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Martha Koome will squash both ruling and allow the four to attend Cabinet meetings.
