Nandi Senator Arap Cherargei revealed on his Twitter account on Friday night where he was and what he was doing while Azimio was fervently staging demonstrations.
According to Cherargei’s account, he escorted DP Rigathi Gachagua to Kericho during the tea reforms conference since he didn’t have time to pay attention to the ongoing Sabasaba rallies.
Nandi Senator continued by stating that at the vital conference, they interacted with the farmers in Kericho County while educating them on how to care for the tea plants and how to ensure that they produce a promising amount of tea.
Kenyans, however, spoke out strongly against the post, telling the senator that his trip to Kericho County with DP Rigathi Gachagua did not resolve the issue of the high cost of living.
