Kakamega county deputy Governor Ayub Savula has told the Saboti member of parliament hon Caleb Hamisi that they infringed the right to privacy of the orange Democratic movement party leader Raila Odinga.
According to Savula, the ODM Leader is always one of the leaders in the country who are always cautious about what the do in private and thus do not make them public. He said that all the things Raila does in private are his business and should not be exposed to the public through videos or photos, unless he is the one who authorized them to be posted. There he has told the orange Democratic movement party member Caleb Hamisi of the infringement of Raila Odinga’s privacy.
“What Raila does in his privacy is his business. That’s why I wish to sdvise hon Amisi @Honcalebamisi that the person who took photos should have received written consent from @RailaOdinga to distribute the same. Otherwise he has infringed on Raila’s right to privacy!” He said.
