President Ruto’s speech in Congo that has changed Africans beliefs about tax.

Kenyan President William Ruto met the Congolese leaders in parliament on Friday where he embarked on the development of Africa and self-independence. He further said that if Africa continues to depend on outsiders for support then it will always be owned by foreigners and not Africans. President Ruto also said that for Africans to earn respect from other continents, then they are very independent financially. This will also enable Africa to utilize theitsnources to enrich themselitselfdent Ruto in his speech proposed that Africa should have its financial institution that will be able to support African countries in terms of development, businesses,d projects. President further advised that for Africa to achieve this goal, it is the responsibility of the leaders to be at the forefront of driving towards the goal.
