Political Analyst Worried, Alleges What’ll Start Happening To Uhuru After Atending Azimio Service

During the Friday memorial service, former President Uhuru Kenyatta made an unexpected appearance, marking his return to Azimio la Umoja public events after several months of absence. Previously, his presence was represented by Kioni at rallies and press conferences.

Uhuru arrived at the venue shortly after 10 am and remained throughout the service, which lasted until 3 pm.

In addition to paying his respects by laying flowers to honor the deceased, the former President made a generous donation of Ksh1 million towards the bereaved families. Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga also contributed a similar amount to support the families during this difficult time.

Political analyst Barrack Muluka believes that Uhuru Kenyatta’s presence at the event was significant and served as a statement in itself. By attending the event, the former President conveyed a message or showed his stance on certain issues related to the gathering or the political landscape.

Moreover, Muluka, who holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations, expressed his opinion that Uhuru Kenyatta might need to take a back seat in politics to avoid jeopardizing his political stature.

“His presence could be interpreted in many ways. Those who believe that he has been involved in the protests will look at it and use it as proof.

“His advisers should tell him to sit back. He should not be involved in what common people are doing. As an eagle he’s should fly instead of being seen to be coming to take the chicken on the ground because he will be treated as one,” the analyst advised.13e7df3f15ed42838e1a414ef8df629a?quality=uhq&resize=720

The presence of former President Uhuru Kenyatta at the Friday event has been a subject of interpretation by President William Ruto’s allies. They assert that Uhuru’s attendance is an affirmation of his support and involvement in the protest, despite Uhuru and his team repeatedly denying such claims.

“When we said Uhuru is the chief sponsor of Tinga/Azimio-OKA Maandamos and economic sabotage, many minions dismissed it. Finally, he has come out to check on his sponsorship,” Nandi Senator Samson Cheragei claimed.
