Top Kenyan Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi have caused an uproar on the political scenes after he revealed the person who was behind the polls erected on a billboard along the busy Thika Superhighway days before the August 2022 general elections.
Using his official Facebook page, Mutahi Ngunyi revealed that he was the one who prepared the poll results that showed the Orange Democratic Alliance and Azimio La Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga was leading with a convincing 52.3 percent as compared to the other three candidates.
“Even as I prepared this polls in my computer to try and swing public perception, I told Raila he would lose if he relied on ‘Deep State’. The ‘Deep State’ was completely incompetent,” Mutahi Ngunyi posted on Facebook.
He also accompanied the post with a photo of the billboard that had taken a center stage during the just concluded general elections. In his message, he revealed that he also warned Raila Odinga on relying on the former president Uhuru Kenyatta.
