President William Ruto’s one year in office has shown a different leadership style that is totally unique compared to the past regimes. Unlike in the former regimes, one of the things that President William Ruto has embraced is punctuality especially when it comes to meetings. His energetic style has also been one thing that has definitely unmatched.
Several Leaders especially the CS’s and the PS’s have had to deal with the President at a close range have attested to the fact that the President is a no none-sense type who doesn’t tolerate laziness at work.
In her message to Kenyans, Embu Governor Cecily Mbarire has also acknowledged the fact that Ruto’s energy is unmatched and his leadership style is totally unique.
In his message to the Cabinets Secretaries and the Permanent Secretaries of the various ministries, the UDA Governor has asked them to get used to President Ruto’s energy at work and move at his pace.
According to Hon. Cecily Mbarire, Ruto is not the type that sits in the office to wait for reports to be given to him but rather moves to the ground to find out for himself.
“Looks like people don’t know who President Ruto is. He is not the one that sits at the State house awaiting reports from CS’s and PS’s. He will go to the ground and find out for himself how the implementation of the plan is unfolding. Get used to his energy and style of leadership.” Stated Hon. Governor Cecily Mbarire.
