Miguna Vows To Oppose Lumumba And Kalua Exercise Of Amending The Constitution

Miguna Miguna in a tweet dated the 28th of August 2023, has vowed that he will opose an exercise set by PLO Lumumba and Issac Kalua set to amend the 2010 constitution stating that he will do it even if it is alone “I will oppose this retrogressive move even if I do so alone” Says Miguna Miguna.

His opinion is that the change in the whole amendment is a constitutional bridge ” This will be the Waterloo for constitutional renegades” Miguna adds.

Lumumba and his team, want the constitution amended in beleave that there are things in it that undermine devolution “We believe there are things that have undermined devolution. We cannot quarrel with devolution we only need to make it better,” Says PLO Lumumba.
