The opposition has today threatened to embark on nationwide demonstrations After parliamentarians drawn from the government passed the controversial finance bill.
This was revealed today when Narc Kenya Party leader Who doubles up as Raila Odinga’s running Mate Martha karua convened a press conference that brought together several leaders from the opposition in Nairobi.
Among leaders present was a team from Mount Kenya which was led by the former governor for Muranga County Mwangi wa Iria. Also present was the jubilee secretary General Jeremiah Kioni together with former governor Nderitu Murithi.
The Mount Kenya leaders promising to Marshall support from the mountain to join Kenyans in demonstrations which are expected to begin after a kamukunji rally that has been called upon next week Tuesday by the opposition.
The team has added azimio supporters to turn up in large numbers on Tuesday to join The rally’s that has been scheduled to take place in Nairobi.
