Kakamega County Senator Dr Boni Khalwale has today paid a courtesy call Johnthan Mueke, the Principal secretary for the State Department on Livestock. They deliberated on dairy farming in Kakamega County in general and, in particular, Ikolomani and Tumbeni Dairy Co-operatives Societies.
“Today, I paid my brother Johnthan Mueke, the principal Secretary for the State Department on Livestock, a courtesy call in his office. Held fruitful discussions about dairy farming in Kakamega County in general and, in particular, Ikolomani and Tumbeni Dairy Co-operatives Societies”, Dr Boni Khalwale.
On the other end, Senator Boni Khalwale commented on the Finance Bill where he said that he has never, in many years of Parliament, gone to finance bill debate where there is celebration, because it is bitter. He added that taxation is not a joke.
