Speaker Moses Wetang’ula has lost his cool after he has fiercely lectured the people of Kakamega County over a crucial matter affecting the region.
Wetang’ula has shown how disappointed he has been because of the lack of unity that has been witnessed in the region. He has even publicly called on youthful leaders such as MP Innocent and UDA party Secretary General Cleophas Malala to work as a team with one destiny for the region.
In his words, Wetang’ula has told Kakamega people how the President William Ruto’s backyard only has one vote because they vote as a block and there are no differences.
He has also lauded the region where their opponent honorable Raila Odinga comes from as well as Mount Kenya region which is also known for voting as a block.
Wetang’ula has finished by urging his people to stop behaving as if they are the most democratic and begin working together making sure that no one pretends like they know everything.
“Going forward hawa vijana wetu kina Innocent na wengine wote kina Malala hapa. We must decide our destiny as one. Kama ni makosa tufanye pamoja kama ni mazuri tufanye pamoja. Na hivyo ndivyo mtaheshimika. Ukienda hapa jamii ya rais wetu wana kura moja tu, hakuna kura mbili huko. Ukienda mlima Kenya wana kura moja tu. Ukienda Nyanza kwa mzee Raila wana kura moja. Ukija hapa sisi ndio democratic, sisi ndio tunajua demokrasia. Kila mtu anajua, kila mtu anaweza, kila mtu anazungumza, kila mtu ana mbio na kila mtu ana kila kitu. Tutulize ball ndugu zangu tuwe na kura moja,” said speaker Moses Wetang’ula.
