Having maintained a low profile since last year’s august presidential election, Former mombasa county governor Ali Hassan Joho has suffered a blow as per the latest ruling made by the high court.

As relayed by the nation, the high court has squashed Kenya port authority move to award a firm linked to Joho contract to develop the second grain handling facility at mombasa.

This comes in line with report that the former Mombasa County governor won the contract at first point without much needed clarity.

On the other side, Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders are still considering to stage another wave of mass action demonstrations tomorrow despite warning from interior cabinet secretary Kithuri Kindiki.

Speaking, Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua noted that tomorrow’s maandamano will.go on as planned slamming the state for hiring militia to eliminate them and Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s supporters.

However responding this evening, Kindiki warned the opposition against any violent demonstrations saying the security agencies will deal with any person who will lead to destruction of properties and loss of lives.
