Pauline Njoroge has reacted to the court ruling concerning the Jubilee Party leadership. Pauline stated that the outcome of the court process was predetermined and that the pronouncement by the court to hand over the Jubilee party to the Kanini-led faction has not come as a surprise.
Pauline alleged that 4 out of the 7 judges were compromised to issue a ruling in favour of Kanini Kega. She added that 4 out of the 7 bench judges had received orders from a higher office to deliver the party to the Jubilee faction allied to the President.
She went ahead and alleged that the Jubilee Party under the leadership of Kega will be turned into a UDA wing.
“That judgement has not come as a surprise. For the better part of the week, they were bragging about how they have acquired 4 judges out of the 7, and how these judges were under pressure from high offices to hand Jubilee to the Kanini faction. Their excitement in the last few days couldn’t be contained,” said Pauline
“Anyway, what will they do with the party beyond turning it into a wing of UDA and eating the money in the account?” Pauline Njoroge stated.
