“Today, I had the privilege of witnessing the signing of the Finance Bill 2023 into law by William Ruto. This momentous occasion signifies the enactment of Kenya Kwanza’s first-ever budget, which will serve as the financial backbone for the country’s plan for the year”. Said Hon. JB Justin Muturi.
