Bunge la Wananchi President Calvin Okoth alias Gaucho had warned Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua against thinking that he will have a free ride to the country’s top seat after President Ruto.
Gaucho has warned the former Mathira Member of Parliament against believing in the “kumi kumi” phrase that implies that both of them will serve for 10 years each.
The Raila Odinga diehard alleged that the duo should watch keenly Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino who he said will grab the presidency in the coming days.
Gaucho says that Babu Owino is now different from Raila Odinga who has in most occasions failed to grab the post, saying that the country is bigger than him.
Gaucho who was speaking on Monday in the company of the Babu who is amongst the leaders tipped to succeed Odinga said that Babu is one leader who will be ready to have the country behind him.
“You must stop this kumi kumi mentality because this person standing next to me (referring to Babu Owino) I think think you will joke with him. He will have Kenya behind him not like Raila who has always put Kenya forward.” Gaucho said.
