Fireworks In Parliament As MP Ichung’wah Badly Lectures Azimio MP For Causing Chaos During Debate

National Assembly majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has lost his cool as he has lectured Kisumu West MP Roza Buyu for causing chaos last week during the debate.

Speaking in Parliament, Ichung’wah who named Buyu as the notorious MP who leads the heckling and shouting team that opposes what other lawmakers are saying claimed that it was a huge embarrassment to the people who elected her. He then requested Speaker Wetangula to be tough on such lawmakers because they tarnishes the reputation of the house.

“We are making the national Assembly look like a market, I noticed last week that there are some members who have made it a habit of heckling and shouting, what is worrying is that you are on your feet and a group of MPs are conversing in vernacular in the house. Last week when we adjourned the session Hon Roza Buyu walked from her seat and walked to the front and started shouting at Sabina Chege while speaking that is very embarrassing to the people who elected you,” MP Ichung’wah said as he told other MPs to take care.

This is as the majority leader recalled how on Thursday the session was adjourned after MPs allied to the Azimio causes a drama by heckling and shouting to those of the Kenya Kwanza team.
