Responding to Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, Ahmednasir Abdullahi claimed kenya is a third world country and therefore everyone understands.
According to his statement, the country is facing it’s challenges head on with devotion.
“Waziri don’t apologise…we understand. We are a third-world country facing our challenges head-on with vigour and devotion”, he wrote 
His statement came off after Kipchumba Murkomen offered his apology to kenyans especially those affected at JKIA.
Murkomen noted he wil make an announcement today after a thorough investigation into what would have caused generators malfunctions.
” I am really sorry for what has happened at JKIA with the blackout. There is no excuse worth reporting and there is no reason why our airport is in darkness. I will be announcing the decision we will make tomorrow 9am at JKIA after a meeting with the leadership of the airport. Once again I am sorry”, he wrote.
However reacting to his statement, kenyans expressed their views via their official twitter handles as follows;
Buzeki:Incompetence is evident when an international airport experiences a complete power outage, and if there are no inverters to maintain power until the backup generators activate. A checklist should be implemented, requiring regular checks every three hours to ensure that all critical equipment is operational👉
Alinur: We blame the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio Raila Odinga for the power blackout caused by KPLC incompetence. We blame the lord of violence Baba Raila Odinga for the blackout. We blame Uhuru Kenyatta for funding Kenya Power to cut power supply at the JKIA.
Kenya West: Don’t announce millions for renovation, there are generators there. Fire whoever is responsible and this should be the highest person in that office. This is really embarrassing.
Edger: Generators of an international airport failing? What is this government smuggling in the country? We know this script. We have read it before.
Victory: CS, your apology is accepted. However, we should not find ourselves in such a position! This is an embarrassment to the nation. Almost the whole nation is in darkness. You guys are not turning out to be “Ole on the wheel”.
