Cartoon Impression: Eagle Snatches Meat Meant For CAS As They Are Left With Empty Plates

In The Star publication today, a cartoon impression had been done of the recent decision by the high court two days ago. The two chefs on one side are left wondering what is going on, seemingly shocked.The eagle is wearing the judge’s robe’s, and the gavel usually slammed by the judge’s.

This is ideally an impression of The President and his deputy who are the cook’s in this situation. The two had cooked up some chicken for their allies who they wanted to reward with the CAS job’s. The President had decided to expand the position to accommodate fifty CAS, thereby doubling the number set by Uhuru. The food, “chicken is the CAS position that the President prepared for the allies. The eagle signifies the court that made a ruling on the constitutionality of the CAS position and now it means that they have snatched food from the CAS who had started warming up to eat. Well, they had already been sworn in before the injunction by the court.
