Kenya’s Azimio One leader Raila Odinga has received advice from Nairobi residents to take a break and leave the country.
During the Bunge la Wananchi, locals claimed that people calling for protests were UDA sympathizers who were being burdened by the administration they had helped install.
He claimed that they pushed for other participants in the election of William Ruto as president, under the leadership of well-known Raila supporter Nuru Okanga.
For choosing the “wrong choice” in the 2022 election, he claimed it was time for them to endure further suffering.
This comes after MP Junet Mohammed stated in front of the legislature that the opposition was battling on behalf of the vast majority of Kenyans who supported Kenya Kwanza’s government and that their base of support was accustomed to conflict.
Janet explained that most of the people in their support base would not feel the effects of the changes, adding that they were used to tough times.
Yesterday, the coalition invited its supporters for a rally at Kamukunji Grounds in Nairobi next Tuesday, where it said consultations on the same will be held.
