  1. Intern – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: This internship offers an opportunity for hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) within development projects. The intern will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support project evaluations and assessments. Ideal candidates should be recent graduates or current students in a related field, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in international development and project evaluation.
  2. Deputy Chief of Party & Innovative Grant Specialist: This role involves supporting the Chief of Party in managing project operations, particularly focusing on innovative grant mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, grant management, and donor relations, particularly within USAID-funded projects. The role demands excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster partnerships and drive innovation in project implementation.
  3. Country Partnerships Manager: The Country Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance Palladium’s impact in the country. This role requires strong networking and relationship-building skills, experience in partnership management, and a deep understanding of the development landscape in the respective country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing and managing partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector entities.
  4. Chief of Party: The Chief of Party will lead the overall management and implementation of a major project, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and compliance with donor requirements. This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within large-scale international development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the development sector, and the ability to navigate complex operational environments.
