The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) is a State Corporation established under the NACADA Act of 2012. It is tasked with coordinating multisectoral efforts to prevent, control, and mitigate the impacts of alcohol and drug abuse in Kenya. In pursuit of this mandate, NACADA seeks to competitively recruit dynamic, results-oriented, and self-driven Kenyan citizens for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and corporate advisory services to the Board and Management.
- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the drafting and review of legal documents and contracts.
- Coordinate litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Serve as the Corporation Secretary, managing Board affairs and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Certified Public Secretary (CPS).
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, 5 of which must be in senior management.
- Knowledge of governance, legal frameworks, and corporate law.
