- Assistant Mgr-Banquets: This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Executive Assistant to the General Manager: This position requires providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, managing schedules, communications, and various tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Dir-Food & Beverage: Overseeing all food and beverage operations, the Director will ensure the highest quality of service and cuisine, driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
- Banquet Operations Supervisor: Responsible for supervising banquet operations, ensuring events run smoothly, and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Commis 2 – Pan Asian Cuisine: This role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of Pan Asian cuisine, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Commis 1 – Chinese Cuisine: Assisting in the preparation and presentation of Chinese cuisine, ensuring dishes meet the hotel’s quality standards.
- Chef de Cuisine – Pan Asian: Leading the Pan Asian kitchen, the Chef de Cuisine will create innovative dishes and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Chef De Partie – Indian Cuisine: This role involves preparing and presenting Indian cuisine, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity in every dish.
- Chef de Partie – Pan Asian Cuisine: Responsible for the preparation and presentation of Pan Asian dishes, maintaining high culinary standards and consistency.
- Demi Chef de Partie: Assisting in various kitchen tasks, the Demi Chef de Partie supports the senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes.
- Commis 1 – Pan Asian Cuisine: Assisting in the preparation and presentation of Pan Asian cuisine, ensuring each dish meets the hotel’s standards.
- Chef de Partie: Responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen, the Chef de Partie ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
