Since 1969, when KWAL was incorporated with the objective of providing an avenue for importation and distribution of wines and spirits and enable indigenous Kenyans to participate significantly in this sector; we have delighted consumers across Eastern Africa with award winning and quality beverages.
As a beverage company dealing with both alcoholic drinks – wines and spirits – and non-alcoholic ones including grape juice and syrup, our business includes manufacture, import, distribution, sale and export of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Internship
S&OP Automation:
o Develop databases for S&OP metrics, Sales (pre-SYSPRO), Availability and Inventory.
o Utilize forms to automate the process of information gathering and capture with stakeholders.
o Work with ICT to automate S&OP dashboard, Sales History, Availability and inventory into Power BI.
Time and Motion Studies for OPI improvement:
o Sample Time and Motion Studies performed on the Production Lines.
o Capture Downtimes and Shut-Down Losses.
o Prepare Comprehensive Analytics on opportunities for Root Cause Analysis and Action Planning
Minimum Requirements:
o BSc Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science OR Mechanical Engineering
o Business Intelligence (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.)
o Advanced Excel for Business Analytics & Reporting
