Minimum Qualification:
- High School Certificate
- Aged below 50 years old
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence:
- Possession of a valid and current driver’s license is mandatory. Applicants without a valid license will not be considered for the position.
Minimum 3 Years Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required, encompassing both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Your proficiency in handling different types of vehicles will be a valuable asset to our team.
Excellent Knowledge of Car Maintenance and Road Maps:
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of car maintenance practices to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles. Additionally, a strong familiarity with the road network in Nairobi and Kenya is essential for effective navigation during official duties.
Excellent General Knowledge About Kenya:
- We are seeking a candidate with a broad understanding of Kenya’s geography, culture, and current affairs. Your knowledge will be crucial in providing information to diplomatic staff and enhancing the overall efficiency of the mission.
Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluency in English and Swahili:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Safe Transportation of Diplomatic Staff:
- Safely transport diplomatic staff to and from official engagements, meetings, and events in a timely and secure manner.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect and maintain official vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition. Report any issues promptly and coordinate with relevant authorities for repairs.
Route Planning and Navigation:
- Plan efficient and safe routes for official travel, considering traffic conditions and other factors. Utilize your knowledge of Nairobi and Kenya’s road network to ensure timely arrivals.
Adherence to Traffic Regulations:
- Strictly adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving official vehicles. Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
Represent the High Commission Professionally:
