  5. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability Research and Learning (MEARL) Officer: This role is crucial for ensuring that DRC’s programs are effective, accountable, and continuously improving. The MEARL officer will develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conduct research, and facilitate learning across the organization.
