Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant with strong project management capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. As a Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

1.    Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and objectives.

2.    Conduct thorough analyses of client processes, systems, and operations.

3.    Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

4.    Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

5.    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

6.    Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on project progress.

7.    Foster positive relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.

8.    Lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.

9.    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to project management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (minimum of two years) working as a consultant or in a similar role, preferably in project management consulting.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Zoho Projects, Asana, JIRA, etc.
  8. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  9. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  10. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are a plus.
  11. Certifications in information security, business continuity, data protection and risk management – such as ISO Lead Implementer or Auditor – are a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  1. Experience working in specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance).
  2. Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics).
  3. Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
