Description
Coordinate administrative support to the EXCO team including calendar and meetings management. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the MD’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations;Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondences. Travel and logistical support for the head office team. Office supplies management and provide office administration and event management support as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other business related field
Certificate in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Document Management System (DMS) is an added advantage.
Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.
